EcoBreathe Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 12 January 2026

EcoBreathe Services understands that plans may change.
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling are handled for all Indoor Air Quality Monitoring and Hygiene Advisory services.

1. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or change an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible:

2. Cancellation Fees

We kindly ask for advance notice so we can manage travel and booking schedules fairly.

More than 48 hours

Cancellation Fee

24–48 hours

No fee

Less than 24 hours / No-show

30% of service price

50% of service price

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once free of charge if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. If EcoBreathe Needs to Reschedule

In rare cases, EcoBreathe Services may need to reschedule due to:

  • illness
  • equipment problems
  • unsafe access conditions
  • severe weather or travel disruption

If this happens, you will be offered:

  • a new appointment date, or
  • a full refund of any prepaid amount

5. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK)

If you book online or remotely, you may have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days.
If you request that the service takes place during this period, you acknowledge that once the service has been delivered, the right to cancel may no longer apply.
