EcoBreathe Services provides four legally distinct, UK-based service pillars. Each pillar has its own scope so you can see clearly what is monitoring, what is diagnostic assessment, what is hygiene surface cleaning and what is advisory guidance.
Diagnostic evaluation of ventilation performance, airflow behaviour, condensation risk and system effectiveness.
This service includes visual inspection, airflow assessment and surface-level hygiene cleaning of accessible areas, including:
– radiator external surfaces
– ventilation grilles
– extractor fan covers
– the first visible section of vents
All cleaning is non-invasive and strictly surface-level only.
This service does not include deep duct cleaning, internal duct access, mechanical dismantling, electrical work, HVAC servicing, mould remediation or mould treatment.
2) Ventilation Assessment
1) IAQ Monitoring & Analysis
Non-invasive measurement and interpretation of indoor air quality (CO₂, PM2.5 / PM10, humidity, VOCs, temperature, and radon where applicable in the UK). This is a monitoring and advisory service only. It is not a laboratory service and is not UKAS accredited.
3) Ventilation Hygiene & Surface Cleaning
A separate, surface-level hygiene maintenance service. This includes radiator surface cleaning, ventilation grille cleaning, extractor fan cover cleaning and the first visible section of vents. It does not include deep duct cleaning, internal duct access, mechanical disassembly or electrical work.
4) Practical Advice & Prevention
Personalised guidance based on your assessment findings, focused on moisture control, condensation prevention, ventilation improvement and indoor air quality protection. This is an advisory service only and does not include remedial works.
